Jenelle Pfeiffer [Presently on Maternity Leave] - Customer Service Representative

Jennelle has been employed in the insurance industry since 2008 and is a licenced insurance broker. She continues her education - CAIB - and is able to assist with regard to any of your personal home, automobile and travel insurance needs.

Robin Kirkpatrick - Customer Service Representative

Robin has been a licenced insurance broker since 2004 - having varied experience in the industry working as a technical, claim and a personal insurance broker.  Robin will be able to assist with regard to any of your personal home, automobile, and travel insurance needs.

Elyshia Pilon - Customer Service Representative

Elyshia has worked in the insurance industry part time - and then full time when she completed her education in 2008.  She has worked on the insurance company side and now the insurance brokerage side of the business.  She is able to assist you with your insurance needs - having experience in home, automobile and now working with Nanci to assist our commercial clients.

Beverly Pilon - CIP CAIB

Bev is the President and owner of CRS/Merrill Insurance. Bev has been involved in the insurance business since 1980 - having experience in Sask, BC and Alberta - on both the insurance brokerage and senior roles on the insurance company business as well. She personally worked with the prior owners of CRS Insurance and Merrill Insurance - and is proud to continue to provide the same level of service the clients from these offices have come to expect.

Bev is an involved member of BNI Business Networking and board member of the Insurance Broker's Association of Alberta as well as the Canadian Signassure users Group.
